Everything was impeccably clean, and the fresh, pleasant scent when we arrived made such a great first impression. It’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. The landlord/landlady was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Belem yet still peaceful enough to relax. We could walk everywhere, which made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—truly a 5-star experience all around!

Ubicación en el barrio de Belem. Con tranvía y autobús muy frecuente hasta el centro. Hay tres museos cerca de arte contemporáneo. Uno de los museos en el edificio de una fábrica térmica de electricidad habilitada para verse que es alucinante. La torre de Belem muy cerca

Very clean, fantastic balcony and view , extremely spacious and a very quiet neighbourhood . The staff was great, both the young woman who welcomed us and and the cleaning lady whom we met as leaving. Bothe helped with our luggage and Dina (spelling?) gave us a lot of good tips and offered her help beyond what one could expect. The decoration, old movie pictures on the walls gave us a great pleasure and even nostalgia. We enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend this place to friends travelling to Lisbon

The beds were a little too soft or perhaps too worn. Also you might consider to renew your pans. They are very scratched, but as we did not cook much it was OK. Not much sound proof between floors which should not matter if people followed your house rules about quiet hours. Luckily there was only one night that our neighbours downstairs played music until almost 2 o’clock in the morning, not very loud, but very disturbing. They did not stop although we banged on our floor.😊
