By the River - Alcantara Apartments

Overall, the property was very pleasant and furnished with all the necessary amenities. The room was spacious and bright, and having a station right next to the property made intercity trips easy and convenient. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and had no issues with checking in early, which was really appreciated. The support team was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist and address any issues we encountered during our stay.

We had a couple of minor issues with some of the appliances, but they were addressed immediately, so they didn’t affect our stay and wouldn’t really count as a downside.

I have to recount a very special experience. I'd made a mistake when booking in that I thought to have booked a 2-room apartment but upon arrival I was confronted with my mistake as it was a small one room apartment at Alcantara. Alright for a short stay but not for me despite having all facilities as fridge, washing machine etc. The facilities were not sufficient for me to settle down so I complained about the situation. I eventually was contacted by manager Joao who promised to see what he could do. Within a day he offered me a two room apartment at the Rua Maria Pia which I gladly accepted. I am obliged to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this kind of help and service despite me making the mistake. So, I will not only qualify the apartment as excellent but also manager Joao and the understanding and service he provided. As for his staff; whenever I contacted them with a question I was promptly taken care of. So, it seems to be a well organized operation. Excellence by any standard!!

Really nothing, as I could not ask for anything more.

The property was very clean and fresh, everything worked, good shower. Was close to all transport links, LX Factory and the Docas. The staff are absolutely fantastic, sorted out somewhere to leave our bags after check out, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Suggested loads of great places to eat and visit 😃

Everything was great

Good location Near from the center and easily accessible in public transports. Good furnitures and Good accomodations.

No insulation and we hear evey step of the neighbors Neighbors very noisy until very late at night The canalisation from the bathroom faucet is almost stuck.
