Ubicación, muy céntrico y próximo al puerto y al transporte público. Todo muy nuevo y limpio. Fácil acceso. Aunque no tiene aparcamiento, es fácil encontrar sitio. Barrio tranquilo y aparentemente seguro tanto de día como de noche, aunque ahora esté en obras.
Estado general de las calles. Se echa de menos algún aparato de aire acondicionado ya que, al ser planta baja, es algo caluroso (al menos, en verano, que ha sido nuestra estancia). El sistema de llave por clave da cierta sensación de inseguridad a la hora de dejar cosas de valor guardadas.

The property was very clean and fresh, everything worked, good shower. Was close to all transport links, LX Factory and the Docas. The staff are absolutely fantastic, sorted out somewhere to leave our bags after check out, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Suggested loads of great places to eat and visit 😃

Construction outside waking us up (not the property fault, hence the 10 review, but annoying regardless) Broken socket next to the bed

Good location Near from the center and easily accessible in public transports. Good furnitures and Good accomodations.
No insulation and we hear evey step of the neighbors Neighbors very noisy until very late at night The canalisation from the bathroom faucet is almost stuck.
