We are delighted to welcome you to Lisbon in this incredible apartment that will make you feel right at home during your stay!
Our one-bedroom apartment is centrally located, a half-hour walk from downtown Lisbon, but just 10 minutes from the famous LX Factory—Lisbon’s trendy industrial district, featuring a Sunday vintage market, designer shops, restaurants, cafés, and much more. You’ll also be at the riverfront in a 5-minute walk and just a short distance from supermarkets, trains, and buses. And did you know that the train to the beaches of Cascais and Estoril also stops nearby?
Make the most of the cozy, sunny terrace while enjoying your morning coffee with some fresh croissants or bread from Padaria Gleba, located right at the building’s entrance.
A self-contained apartment located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. This one-bedroom apartment features a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare your meals. The living room is spacious and bright, with plenty of seating for all guests and access to a private balcony, where you can have breakfast or simply relax with a bottle of Portuguese wine.

The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Alcântara-Mar metro station, making it easy to get around the city. You’ll also be right next to the famous LX Factory—a creative hub. It’s home to a variety of businesses, including startups, design studios, and art galleries. The complex consists of converted industrial buildings and is known for its trendy atmosphere and diverse community. LX Factory hosts a variety of events, including exhibitions, concerts, and workshops. It’s a popular destination for both tourists and locals.

» LATE-NIGHT CHECK-IN: For arrivals between 21:00 (9 p.m.) and 9:00 (9 a.m.), a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
