1st property was small but had all it needed. Got hot but was good with a fan that was provided. Needs additional fan in kitchen/living space. Called Barbara to request cancellation of room. She was very understanding and offered another apartment for us to view and we accepted.
2nd property was spacious and very comfortable. With windows open it stayed cooler. Had fan in bedroom which made it comfortable. Needed another fan in living space which we had purchased for the other apartment and left for next renter.
Parking was difficult to find at times due to construction site workers parking during the day but always managed. Bathroom was very small but we made due. Too hot and needs extra fan or cooling unit.

studio apartment with all amenities there.
very small bathroom and the neighbourhood as quite far from the center of the city. not at walkable distance. but possibility of taking public transport was there.

Excelente localização, fáceis acessos e estacionamento gratuito disponível na rua. Local calmo e aparentemente seguro. Apartamento limpo e relativamente confortável.
Espaço menor do que aparentava nas fotografias, ficando extremamente abafado (até porque estava bastante calor). Possuí uma ventoinha, o que ajuda um pouco, mas que naturalmente só pode ser colocada numa divisão de cada vez. Casa de banho tão pequena que se tornava desconfortável de utilizar. Ficava bastante quente mesmo tomando duches quase frios, pouco espaço entre a sanita e a parede e lavatório minúsculo.
Possuí apenas duas cadeiras. Sendo 3 pessoas, um de nós tinha de fazer as refeições no sofá-cama
