I stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks together with my husband and son. It is a wonderful place for family trips. Spacious, comfortable, recently renovated and full of extras like free parking spot, AC, washing machine, free WiFi and elevator in the building. The cleanliness was impeccable. Last but not least, from one of the bedrooms you get a wonderful view on the river and bridge. The area is very nice for a stay with a kid. It might seem a bit outside the core city center but thanks to that all the sidewalks are wide (helpful when you try to navigate with a stroller) and there are supermarkets a few hundred meters away from the flat (not a common thing in the older areas of Lisbon!). The district is also full of nice restaurants and shops. Also, getting to the city center takes 15 min by tram or Uber, so it’s not far away at all. I was working remotely during our stay and I can tell that WiFi was stable and each bedroom had a drawer that can be used as a desk and space for a chair. The contact with the host was very smooth. The host was helpful and responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment!

This is nothing really that can be fixed but some points to keep in mind: - there is an elevator in the building but to get to it there are 5 steps at the entrance of the building. However, Lisbon is very hard when it comes to accesibility so I’d say this is anyway a great feature of this flat - the airport is located very close to the city so if the windows are open, you can hear the planes. However, closing the windows completely blocks the noise - the flat is very spacious (90sqm) so it can fit bigger guest groups. The only minus is that there is only one bathroom so it will require a bit of scheduling. However, for our 3 person family it wasn’t a problem.

Location and size.

Matras was a bit too hard (but this is subjective).

The property is in a very great location,,it is conviniently located close to market,groceries, shopping stalls,street car station and bus stop that transport in all parts of the city.
