For your complete convenience and schedule flexibility, we offer self check-in via a key safe. However, if you prefer an in-person welcome so we can explore the space together and you can get local tips, we'd be happy to welcome you in person! Just let us know your preference after booking.

• Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered courtesy only - replacements or replacements are not included.
• Bed and Bath Linen is provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your booking.
• Baby cot, bathtub and baby chair are available free of charge upon request.
• Any damage to the apartment or any property will be charged to the guest based on the cost of replacement.
• The apartment is registered under No. 176022/AL for local accommodation activity. To this extent, we comply with all legal requirements applicable to the activity, including requiring certain personal information from all guests (full name, ID number, date of birth, etc.). The guest responsible for the booking must provide the aforementioned information and send a copy/photo of the passport or identification document of each guest (including children).
• Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 6% and the Municipal Tourist Tax are included in the price. All payments received are properly invoiced. If you want specific information on your invoice (e.g., full name and tax ID), you must request it before check-in.
