About this apartment rental
Perfect location, 10 minutes to the river, 12 minutes to the buzz if down town Lisbon.
Within 10minutes you have 50+ restaurants that encompass all the kitchens of the world. There are two bakeries within 10 minutes and a coffee shop 3 min from the apartment. 1 min to a small grocery store and 10 to a big one. You have 12 min to the relaxed park tapada de neccidades and 15 min to Jardim de Estela where there is a local market and tons of other fun things going on.
Cleaning is included twice a week, and there will be tons of spices, olive oil and any other thing you might need for cooking or baking. There is also a "home bar" filled with organic wines from Portugal that you can drink as much as you want from.
The TV comes with a PS5, Netflix, Amazon and Disney+.
There is a standing desk in the kitchen that you can work from. As well as workstation in one of the bedrooms.
No need to worry about the flowers and plants, the cleaner will take care of all that.
