The apartment is on the second and last floor of a modest but historic building. It has been completely refurbished to offer the best standards of modern day comfort.
The bright living room has windows that overlook the street and the décor throughout is welcoming and tastefully chosen, in shades of white and orange. There is a white sofa bed in the living room, white antique furniture and modern paintings. It is separated from the dining room by traditional beams and in the dining room there is a table and wrought iron chairs where you can sit to eat. Next to this there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a hatch through to the dining room.
On the same floor, there is a toilet with washbasin.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs where you will find a spacious attic containing a double bedroom and a lovely bathroom with a bath.
The apartment is an ideal place for those who want a peaceful and quiet place to return to after taking advantage of Lisbon's nightlife and tourist attractions.

Ótima opção para uma visita a Lisboa. Uma localização central, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. Apartamento com todas as comodidades, que nos faz sentir como se estivéssemos em casa.

Bel appartement dans un quartier typique de Lisbonne sur la route de Behlem, proche du centre (20 mn à pied) et des moyens de transports. Tout confort pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
Le seul point négatif concerne les remontées d'odeurs incommodantes "type égouts"provenant de la salle de bain accollée à la chambre. Heureusement nous étions en été , ce qui nous a permis de laisser ouvert le velux toute la journée pour ventiler au moins la chambre.
Il faudra également prévoir de réparer le robinet de la douche, les fenêtres salle et cuisine cassés!

L'appartement de Pedro est très bien placé, à 2 pas du Musée et proche du nouveau quartier des docks.
Il est calme et fonctionnel, bien équipé.
