If you ever dreamed of staying in the very centre of the city centre, this is the place. This one bedroom plus one is located in a totally renovated building with unique charisma and high standards of comfort.

This is as central as it gets. Located on the fourth floor with a lift, in a stunning original building full of history that was fully renovated in 2021, this flat is a very comfortable apartment in the heart of Porto city.
Everything was prepared for maximum comfort. You will find every piece of equipment you need to have a perfect stay, as well as lots of welcome gifts such as Port wine, washing powder for the washing machine, free Nespresso® coffee capsules, a premium Netflix® account, bottles of chilled water, and more...
The bedroom features a Queen size bed (160X200cm) with a high-quality mattress and an extra-large wardrobe for your clothes. Also inside the bedroom, there's a spacious bathroom decorated with a traditional mosaic design.
The wardrobe and bathroom by the entrance hall together with the comfortable sofa-bed in the small room by the entrance make this apartment perfectly fine for 3 or 4 guests, even 5 if you use the sofa of the living room.
All windows are equipped with blackout systems.
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:
After 8 pm: 15€
After 10 pm: 25€
AFter 1am: 50€
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short-term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
