Welcome to the Sunshine House, a brand new 6 bedroom 3,500 sq ft home with elevator, 2 master bedrooms, just minutes from local beaches, golf courses, and family attractions that are sure to make your stay unforgettable! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place that is handicapped accessible.
*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.
*No Pets allowed due to severe allergy concerns.

Pros - The house was very nice. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed for the week was supplied. The elevator for our elderly parents was a blessing because it made it very easy to get them out of the house without having to worry about the stairs, especially since both now have limited mobility. The location was great….close to everything. The pool was really nice and clean. And, upon arrival there was a welcome box with goodies that we enjoyed, very nice. Overall, really nice house. We will definitely be back and rent it again.
The cons - Trying to communicate with the host/owner to ask questions was very difficult and extremely frustrating….we booked through VRBO. Thank God 302 Del Management responded and answered my questions. Some of the beds were very hard and uncomfortable….my husband ended up sleeping on the couch on the top floor because the bed was so uncomfortable. The same for a few of the beds on the 2nd floor. The house needs better window treatments. For those that like to sleep in, the early sun makes it impossible coming through the blinds in the mornings. And, the ones covering the sliding doors didn’t properly fit and you could see through them. Made us feel a little uncomfortable knowing people could look in and watch us.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we were very happy with our stay.
