When it is time to take a break from the beach, the interior of the main house will be the hub for family dinners, movie nights, and reminiscing about the fun that was had each day. The full kitchen boasts a brand new gas range, ample utensils, and enough room for multiple cooks to help out with meal prep. Seven Smart streaming TVs offer streaming capabilities to stay on track with your sitcoms and dramas. To make your trip away from home less stressful, the house offers two outdoor showers, in addition to the four baths to wash the sand away after a day at the beach. To help with wet clothes from the beach, there are two washer and dryer units to help with keeping your beach attire and towels clean. Beautiful interior - interesting that there was no dishwasher but that was ok-not a problem. Comfortable and clean. Great location. We got excellent help from customer service when we had trouble with the code to get in.

The house location is ideal, just a block off the beach so quiet (even in the summer months) but easy for us and our grandchildren to walk and carry chairs to the beach. Being a block off Rehoboth also reduced any need for a car and all types of food are within walking distance, even with young children. The house itself had nice/new televisions in nearly every room and the front house offered a large living for family game time and movie night. While initially unsure how the two house layout would work, it actually was perfect. It provided a level of privacy for our daughter and her boyfriend and also let the older kids have a "sleepover" together while keeping our minds at easy. We rented this house in the summer and didn't leave a review but now being back again figured we would share. Both times it was super clean, very well organized and well kept. You can tell the back house had a more modem update during renovations, while the front house, clearly new paint, floors, appliances, etc. opted to retain the beachy feel. Most importantly, the value for the price, proximity and flexibility in configuring rooms worked super well for our family.

This property had plenty of room for our large group. The carriage house was very nice, and offered a quiet space for the families with children in our group. The house could use a dishwasher but was otherwise perfect for our needs. The location, as my title suggests, can’t be beat. We could easily walk to a ton of restaurants, shops, and the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t be the location situated close to the beach and Main Street but the property is not kept up or maintained. The main house is beat up and old. Generally has a dirty feeling and based on the cleaning crew only changing the sheets it is dirty. The secondary house is nicely updated and comfortable with the central air but has a smell from like not being cleaned well and poor ventilation. Overall property is not maintained with trash piling up and things in disrepair.
