This highly sought after area has a good mix of peacefulness and proximity all in one. Take a walk, run, or bike ride along the peaceful Silver Lake scenery on your way just a few blocks to the ocean front. At the homestead, enjoy the privacy fenced in back yard on a double sized lot equipped with a wonderful in ground pool, large screened in porch, fire pit, a 9 person spa installed in 2025, and greenery that just may make you want to never leave. 2 Washer/Dryers This property can sleep 4 families or 12-14 people. Cleaning fee of $285 per reservation.

Beautiful home we were privileged to enjoy for a family week. It is obvious the owner has invested in the property inside and out. The pool and outdoor deck area were like a resort including a new large screened in porch off the pool. Very convenient to both Rehoboth downtown and Dewey. We hope we can stay here again, and highly recommend it as a family stay... Thank you!
