Nos ha sorprendido lo bien equipado que está el apartamento, cuidando hasta el último detalle y muy limpio. Angelos, el Propietario, fue encantador y nos ayudó mucho al inicio, ya que llegamos tardísimo de noche y estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera bien.

Un poco alejado del centro

The location was excellent. Very safe, lots of bakeries in the area for breakfast, a Grill across the way (Psistaria) and a Zacharoplastion close by. A short walk to Nea Chora beach with a few restaurants, and a nice 15 to 20 minute flat walk into Chania old town. The car parking was secure, underground (took a little manoevering, but thats driving in Greece, particularly with a Skoda Kodiaq which is a large car). There was air conditioning in all the rooms, the place was very modern, clean and comfortable with TV's in each bedroom. It took us a little while to work out that there was a balcony front and off the back room to find the clothes horse (it was off the back bedroom). Washing facilities for clothes. A large undercover area with access to the door, which meant we could unload and load our luggage, prior to driving the car underneath and round the back. There was an elevator to take us up and down from ground to level 1. The host had left us a basket of goodies on arrival which was very considerate. We did get a bit of noise from some of the people upstairs filtering down, but its nice that you dont feel like you are on your own, even though this is a quiet street, in a nice neighbourhood far enough away from Chania to be peaceful and quiet, and close enough to enjoy.

The property has one bathroom with washer, toilet shower. This was fine for our stay, we were quick in and out, and all happy to share, but this could be a problem for other people. Old town is a good 20 minute walk away, and whilst its not far, it isn't close. It was pleasant to walk during the day, in rather mild temperatures for summer (28 degrees in June) but much hotter, might have been an issue.

Eigentlich nur eine Kleinigkeit: meine Kinder sind schon erwachsen und manchmal wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel von Vorteil gewesen

Espacios amplios y todo limpio. Se agradece el agua y la fruta al llegar. La ubicación es buena, parece una calle fea pero está cerca de todo.

Muy frío, incluso con el aire dando calor pasamos bastante frío. Si se bañan más de dos ya no da agua caliente para los demás.
