Super netter Gastgeber. Hat immer ein super Frühstück vorbeigebracht. Pool war sauber. Die Lage zum Zentrum war sehr gut erreichbar. Apartment war gut ausgestattet. Betten waren ebenfalls Bequem.
Gastgeber hat sogar Sonder Wünsche erfüllt. Kommunikation war prima.
Beim Bad könnte man die Dusche etwas optimieren. Der Wasserdruck war nicht der stärkste.

Good location just down the road from the beach and easy walking distance to the Venetian harbour and old town. Host was responsive and helpful. Pool is small but clean and very nice. We had a garden area at the rear entirely to ourselves. The villa was clean and the very lovely cleaner attended each day to provide further cleaning if we wished. The host delivered a pastry breakfast and coffee each day. The villa badly needs a Nespresso machine or equivalent. There were two filter coffee machines, but no coffee or filters and everyone knows that coffee is disgusting anyway!
Very basic amenities. Kitchen so poorly stocked we had to buy our own kitchen utensils to cook a meal and open wine. We asked for additional pans, having been provided with a single pot, and they arrived at the end of the second day (of a 5 day holiday). Aircon was only in the living room and didn't reach one of the bedrooms which was permanently intolerably hot. Beds were very hard. No microwave, dishwasher, bbq that we could see, safety deposit box, or free toiletries (not even hand soap or a clean kitchen sponge). Cot and highchair provided were grubby. Would not recommend if you have young children due to exposed shelving, missing wardrobe door, random bits of metal sticking out of the walls and lack of sufficient air con in bedrooms. Children's play equipment in the garden had screws falling out and looked lethal.
