This is a spacious apartment with all necessary amenities to make your Tokyo vacation comfortable. We had a rental car and the parking was conveniently right in front of our apartment. There are many nice restaurants around along with convenience stores. Close to public transits (slight walking required 5-7 mins).
The main entrance code provided to us didn’t work. Another guest opened the door for us on the first day and it was raining heavily. We got inside with the help of others. It can be a bit tricky to find the apartment building while using Google Maps because the name of the stay is in Japanese so it was difficult to identify the correct building. Locals are nice and they helped us out with this.

The location is amazing The property is a good size with all you need
The rubbish dumping area for the block is awful The elevator is really bad and like a horror movie There was bath water left and stained bed sheets The cleaner waiting outside, half hour before checkout
