Csendes helyen található az apartman és a Tokióban bérelhető apartmanokhoz képest elég nagy. Közelben vannak nagyon jó üzletek gyalog kb. 5 perc a bevásárláshoz.
Sajnos nagyon messze van a metró. 15-20 perc gyalog.
