bit of a walk to collect the keys but o.k

issues with wifi. on arrival couldn't connect to router, next morning device connected to router but no internet

Feels very safe close to town very convenient to have safe parking. Lift available and balcony. In the city so very convenient but relatively quiet. Clean but needed some minor maintenance doing. Left tea and coffee and small milk in fridge. Great to have a freezer when it was so hot, to cool drinks down. Comfy bed. Very quick to respond when difficulty getting in at first. Convenient key collection fairly late. More space than a hotel room at a similar price level. I would thought out of hot weather it would be a much nicer stay (can't ventilate with one weak fan and city heat).

Negative I would much prefer non-stained towels (smelt damp smell too). No plug in bathroom sink. Arm of sofa was broken, although could sit ok on it. When I reported this on arrival, no response. WiFi didn’t work at all very inconvenient (was told this was due to the heat?). Shower would not run cool, hard to use in the heat. Toilet seat needs adjusting. Suggestions One fan provided. Wouldn’t be enough in summer weather. As we were there in major heatwave we had to go and get two more fans as weather so hot. Sheet for bed (instead of duvet) in summer. More than one pillow each, better quality pillows. Needs a sort of kitchen cutlery and cupboards so less chaotic with left over random objects (some of which should be in a fridge)- clean but not organised. Needs a tea towel to dry up,

Location to O2 Academy was perfect for concert. Host very responsive. Parking a great bonus.

Unclean kitchen, broken sofa bed, broken door handles, shower would only be boiling hot, wobbly decking on balcony. Awkward picking keys up from petrol station. Had to message for collection code, Parking not clear.
