Our room in Chenonceaux was lovely! There was lots of charm but it was still big enough for two! The people who work there were sweet, friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish was better was the wifi! It kept dropping off! But I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Location was excellent. Parking nearby but not on site. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Restaurant menu was limited but food very good. Only downside was the fact that the bedroom and bathroom were very small.

Very clean and well maintained little hotel. The amenities were excellent, staff very helpful and facilities were recently renovated or at least kept in such a state that it looked like it had all been recently renovated. Excellent! The only note is that the neighbors (people who lived in the same building, not guests) were a little loud one morning. Else, it was really great.

The amenities were excellent, staff very helpful and facilities were recently renovated or at least kept in such a state that it looked like it had all been recently renovated. Excellent! We were greeted by the Basil Fawlty of France. We were given a key for a room not ready and so were forced to sit outside on a bench for over an hour while waiting. PS - we were trying to check in at 4pm. 'Basil' was more concerned that we reserved for dinner and then breakfast at his hotel than in giving us the WIFI codes, Had to go back downstairs for that!
