Excellent modern clean fresh hotel

The cleanliness for the building was 5* layout of the building and rooms was ideal to relax. Car parking was safe and secure with large number of electric charging points. WiFi was easily available and inclusive with the booking. The breakfast was lovely and we were delighted with the staff service very helpful and friendly.

Distance from restaurants meant we had to drive out however the hotel did have pizzas available which we didn’t try.

The place was really nice outside the city but with a nice and convenient parking lot. The hotel was very new and all the staff was very helpful. The room and premises were perfect and really quiet.

Very friendly staff, conveniently located, good value for money, good shower and comfy bed.

The surroundings are not the very picturesque, but thats not what I came for. And the coffee at breakfast wasn’t great.

For us it is a good spot for a stopover and rest during a long drive through France, Beds are super!

Convenient location for stop on road trip but also to visit the region, easy booking/checkin, decent room for the price, cleanliness ok, nice staff, pet friendly, good parking.

Moquette that looks like parquet, even in the bathroom. This is not very hygienic. Bad smell in corridors.

It was a great stop over for our travels to the Normandy area.

WE were traveling from Dordogne to Normandy and opted to stop along the way. Kyriad Tours Sud Ballan Mire was the perfect stop over. easy to reach from our travel route. The staff recommended a nearby restaurant that was delicious and within walking distance. the rooms were clean, bright and comfortable with a self-serve buffet breakfast in the morning.

Perfect overnight stay!

It’s lovely and clean, quiet and the staff were fantastic and friendly We had such a great nights sleep. Even though there is no restaurant for dinner we did order a charcuterie which was just what we felt like.

Superior large room with fridge/microwave/hob, swimming pool, good exercise facilities for our dog, excellent breakfast, nice bar area 10 mins from motorway. We have now booked for our return journey.

Good hotel, new, clean, with pretty nice design in the bedrooms. Staff is professional and friendly. Good parking facility. Excellent breakfast with fresh local products.

The air conditioning was not easy to adjust, there was no instruction to support the process. Spring type of mattresses, it remains comfortable but you feel them.

Really good value for money. Had two rooms for the night. Useful to have a pool and a simple breakfast. Location was great for breaking up the journey of travelling up France. Would definitely return.

lots of positives like cleanliness,locations etc

Both kitchen and piscine were closed!!! and we only found it in the small print after booking. I have compromised mobility, which is clear to see and the gentleman on reception then proceeded to give us a room as far from the reception and other facilities i.e dining area as possible 3rd floor, last room on corridor!!! and to boot the mattress was squeaky

Fabulous! Just what we were looking for. Every hotel should be like this.

The entire hotel was lovely. Great decor and thoughtfully done. Our room was fabulous and the small kitchenette was a real bonus, especially the fridge as we needed to keep medication cold. The bed, pillows and linen were great quality and the room was very quiet. The outside space to have a drink or go for a swim was a great option to have too.

Nothing we didn’t like, but the one thing that was missing from the room was no tea or coffee making facilities, especially when we had a kitchenette. It would make the room perfect if this was added.
