Not the best it could be

Not sure i liked anything much. Shame as I always use Campanile hotels when I travel to Spain, at least 4 times a year. Normally good.

Room smelt fusty, was not very clean, looked like it had been " done over quick" No extra pillows or coffee in the room....

Breakfast was good, shower was good, the bed although hard was ok.

I made a mistake booking this one, it didn't feel particularly clean and was rather tired. The WiFi code didn't work and I had to go to reception where he allocated a code unrelated to the room number, seemed to work ok though. The breakfast room looked a mess when we were in there at 8 with no staff clearing up. Sorry, very disappointed, maybe I should have realised by the price when I booked it.

A convenient stopover that met our needs when travelling through France.

Very easy to find and plenty of parking. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Staff were courteous and helpful.

We arrived earlier than expected but reception didn’t open until 5:30 so a delay in checking in. The room was pretty basic albeit clean and adequate.

The evening meal and the breakfast were excellent. Overall the room met our expectations, but probably the property is in need of an upgrade.

The property was looking a bit tired, for example the walkways. Good to have a kettle but no provision of either coffee or tea to go with it!

Good stopover location which suits us well.

Good location, easy parking, good dinner and breakfast options. Friendly and efficient staff. We have often stayed here as a convenient stopover when travelling.

Not specific to this property but Campanile has certainly become much more expensive now, especially as the rooms are basic (as they always have been) and although some hotels have been upgraded, others could do with an update! You used to know exactly what to expect - it’s a bit hit and miss now.

English speaking receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good and most of evening meal was good.

Bed was uncomfortable- too firm. Shower was broken and water leaked under the 2cm gap between bottom of shower screen and bath. Fish for dinner was like a piece of cardboard.

Nice hotel, spoilt by biking tour taking over car park!

Nice room, if a bit small. But clean. Perfect location, especially if you have a dog. Restaurant also nice. Breakfast buffet really nice.

There was a cycling team there that took up a lot of the car park. Which meant we could not park near our room. Plus the car park was flooded where they were cleaning the bikes. Electric cables & hoses right across the car park the whole time. Not very health and safety!! Evening buffet a bit odd. A lot if mixed dishes but salad was lettuce leaves, no tomatoes or cucumber.

Good location with a restaurant, fast food options and a supermarket nearby (walking distance). Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Although the room description has air conditioning, there was none. Turns out the property does not turn on central AC in all the rooms until summer time so the room was too hot. The rooms were also much smaller than expected (they appear bigger in the photos).
