Lovely properly excellent communication with Riccardo regarding instructions prior to arrival, was on hand to greet us upon arrival, lovely welcome tray on arrival , room was clean and spacious , convinient for Vaporetto stops and walking into St Marks Square , would recommend thank you Riccardo

Absolutely amazing stay. The apartment was big and spotless, walking distance from St.Marcus square and vaporetto stop. Sara the host was wonderful, gave us tons of tips, which where extremely useful. Welcoming bottle of prosecco was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely reccommend and will definitely come back once in Venice again.

Highly recommended! A beautiful hotel in a great, calmer arena of the city, with exceptional service. Everything was perfect, and Riccardo is very helpful and friendly.
