Incredible view, gentleman at the desk (the one time we saw him) was very helpful. A/C didn’t work! Emailed and texted staff, still haven’t replied 4 days later.

Perfectly situated near St Mark’s Square and very easy to get to from the airport. Giovanni and the staff are lovely.
