The location, quite so long as there isn’t an evening football match on.
We had to ask for a change of room. Our room overlooked the football stadium & the noise from the game & especially the pre & post match entertainment was phenomenally loud into the late evening. The lovely staff worked hard to find an alternative room for us.

The room was really nice and clean with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too.
It was a bit far from the city center but if you take the ferry it’s quite okay.

Location and very clean
Initially we were allocated a room that differed to what we had booked. Staff blamed booking.com for supplying incorrect information. Eventually we were allocated the correct room.
When we dined in the restaurant there was a mix up with our bill and an additional dish was added that we didn’t have. When we tried to resolve this staff weren’t particularly helpful and they were arguing in front of us. This was very awkward and it took some time to resolve.
The garden view room had very little space at the side of the bed particularly at the window side.
