    From the very first moments of our stay, it was clear that the hotel is very well maintained and run with great attention to detail. Its location is a major advantage – the city center and main attractions are within a short walking distance, making sightseeing very convenient. Breakfast is also a plus – it is not very extensive, but the products are fresh, good quality, and tasty. The staff deserve special recognition for being friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness. We travel frequently, but we have rarely seen a hotel this clean. Both the rooms and the bathroom were perfectly maintained – everything smelled fresh and looked spotless. We arrived at the end of January and, despite our initial concerns about the room temperature, the conditions were warm and very comfortable throughout the stay. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, and we can recommend it with complete confidence. It is also worth noting that the photos online do not reflect how the hotel looks in reality – it looks much better in person.

    The hotel has an excellent location – everything is close by and most places can be reached within a short walk. Breakfasts are simple, but everything is fresh and very tasty, so there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff are polite, helpful, and attentive to every detail – you can really feel that guests are well taken care of. The biggest surprise for us was the cleanliness. We travel a lot and visit many places, but the level of cleanliness in this hotel is truly one of the highest we have ever experienced. The bathroom was fresh-smelling, everything thoroughly cleaned and sparkling. The bedroom was also very clean and well maintained. We arrived at the end of January and were worried whether it would be warm enough in the hotel – there was no need to worry at all. It is very warm and comfortable, offering full comfort throughout the stay. I am pleasantly surprised and highly recommend staying at this hotel. PS. The hotel staff should update the photos on booking platforms – in reality, the hotel looks much better than in the pictures.

    The highlight was how nice the front desk workers were, I interacted with multiple and they were all very helpful and kind and accommodating. The breakfast was included in my stay which I was very grateful for. It is small but is enough. The pastries tasted great. The room was also slightly smaller than I expected but it worked out for me, and the view I had was amazing! It is located in a very nice location only slightly away from most of the hustle and bustle while also close by to many restaurants and grocery stores. Would love to stay here again my next time in Venice

    Decent hotel, great location. Smallish room but fine for one. Ok bathroom. Good WiFi. Bed a bit old. Ok breakfast. Not cheap but ok by Venice standards.
