Location is great because it's in a quiet part of Venice, and it's close to all the attractions. The bed was comfortable.

We had to pick up the keys in an office. However, the address wasn't correctly indicated, and we found it thanks to another guest who had experienced the same issue. Also, I paid the city tax before going to Venice. The amount was not correct, so I had to pay the rest (6 €) in the office. But they don't accept cards, so I had to go and find an ATM to withdraw money. I would have appreciated a short message telling me beforehand that I would need cash. We were really tired from travelling, and also, I was charged 5 € for a withdrawal in a foreign country.

Strong AC and we liked that it was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood

Very moldy shower. It was the only hotel during our whole stay where I had trouble sleeping because the beds weren't very comfortable. No safe for valuables. No kettle/tea and coffee station in the room. Did not have extra sets of keys for the room, so my friend and I had to stay close the whole time. No shelf in the narrow little shared bathroom so it was hard to get ready in the mornings and evenings.
