What a gem! Beautiful room with a gorgeous view. The room was also very clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Super close to main attractions, public transportation, and nice cafes. Highly recommend!

Incredible view, gentleman at the desk (the one time we saw him) was very helpful.
A/C didn’t work! Emailed and texted staff, still haven’t replied 4 days later.

Our room had a fantastic view over the lagoon with a small balcony in a wonderful authentic neighborhood with less tourists and more locals. Nearby restaurants and bars and walking distance to the Biennale Arsenale and Giardini. Improvements could be made in the area of WiFi and the functioning of the outlets. We loved the old world charm. Bring a mosquito spray.
