Staff were very nice, accommodating and anticipates are needs without even telling them. And they always greats you with a smile. Great experience. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect right in the heart of Old Quarter District.

Excellent service, everyone was great from bell hop to front desk to concierge, special thanks to Chloe, Jolie and Louis. Suite was amazing . Overall A plus, will definitely come back again.

This hotel is charming, unique and has a great breakfast buffet.

The staff was so attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for old town. Breakfast buffet plus a menu including local cuisine was also amazing. Elevators were quick. Rooftop bar had tasty drinks and clear city views. I would 100% stay here again. My stay was with my gf, both of us 40s for a 4 day stay.
