I think we can safely regard this as amongst the best of stays ever. The USP and the biggest plus point being the staff- Professional, Customer Centric and well detailed- quite helpful beyond just the tee They are the biggest assets or talking points of this institution and I would definitely come back again next year while also recommending this to our friends

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Although it is officially a 3-star hotel, the level of service truly feels like a 5-star experience. From the moment I made my reservation, the hotel staff showed exceptional hospitality. Even before our arrival, they proactively contacted us to confirm the details of our stay and made sure everything was well prepared. This thoughtful gesture immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every single person we met—from the reception team, lobby staff, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff—was genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Old Quarter, and there are plenty of shops and convenience stores nearby. We stayed here for four nights, and honestly, it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we have had. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. If I ever return to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so special.
