The welcome drinks and lovely breakfast were highlights, and the staff were generally accommodating. Special thanks to Vu Duc at the rooftop bar, who spoke excellent English, offered me water, and interacted with me like a friend. Vu Xuan Bac at the restaurant was also lovely, always greeting guests with a big smile and friendly conversation.
Unhappy about the coffee capsule. I was charged for using a coffee capsule, and the service felt inconsistent—another departing guest received a farewell gift, while I did not. The hallways, dining area, and rooftop bar were cramped. The room was cluttered with unnecessary items, leaving little space for a laptop or personal drinks, while oversised furniture also made the rooftop feel crowded.
