    Absolutely loved our stay here! 🤍 I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my family, as we were in Kuala Lumpur for my wedding at The Urban Kuala Lumpur. Both rooms were so beautiful, clean, cosy and exactly as pictured. I honestly loved everything about the place! The interior was gorgeous and the whole stay felt so comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect for us, only about 4km from KLCC and just 2km from The Urban Kuala Lumpur, which was super convenient for our wedding. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to StayEasy for being such a great host and making our stay so comfortable. I was genuinely impressed with how beautiful the rooms were, even better in person! 😍 Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely come back again! 💯

    Overall the room is decently furnished and has comfier beds than the average in Malaysia. Cleanliness is a bit less than ideal but still habitable. Headboard in the room covered with residue. TV remote needed new batteries and even after requesting early on and a time set for dropping off new batteries they did not arrive. Contacting staff for assistance is difficult, even with a dedicated group chat most communication is ignored. Multiple doors do not close with the mechanism and bathrooms were not clean. Old drain smell lingers and with a very difficult to close door the smell lingers everywhere. Space is good, and decently equipped. For the price it's average but there are better accomdatations relatively easly to find. This is an BnB type thing so maybe other units that are better managed or managed by other groups will be better.
