    from the pool access to hotel was very difficult, sign is very confusing. front desk staff is very lousy, taking so much time to organize a check in, not to be racist but the black lady just not doing anything and clueless about what to do. really need some training for your staff before officially position them at the front desk .

    Price is lower than other hotels, but do lower your expectations on some aspects - room amenities, cleanliness and soundproofing Room is spacious but has a humid after smell each time the room is locked out of power. Cleanliness is sub-par. the sink basin wasn't washed properly. There were toothpaste stains. Bedsheet has a bit of stains. There was a removable eyelash stuck onto the edge of the TV where we stayed. Don't expect tea or coffee in the room. Soundproofing is not the best. There was only one lift working and there were a few times where the lift did not register our floor Wifi is very strong. Staffs were nice. Carpark is abundant but you pay RM5 per stay. If you expect budget or convenience stay, this may be one. It is a sports arena, so there are sports facilities you can find within the building - swimming pool, sauna, running track etc If you expect high quality service and cleanliness, this place is not for you.
