Room is nothing like photos found online. I booked a room with windows, and this had none - it was in the middle of the building with bare white walls, two beds and a small chair.
Toilet and shower were slightly dirty / moldy but not too bad. The shower head does not have a holder which lets it point down, so you have to hold it manually. Water is electric heater and only lukewarm but it's Malaysia so I didn't need any hotter - if you needed hot water for a specific use you wouldn't be able to get it, there is no kettle either.
Room itself is generally clean, bed sheets are at least washed but with many stains (red, brown, yellow). Bed itself is extremely firm, I didn't mind this but might be important to note if you can't sleep on hard surfaces.
Only facilities included AC, a TV and filtered water dispenser which is communal in the corridor. (The safe was not working in the room too).
