Stayed here with very low expectations (since it’s a budget hotel),but honestly this place surprised me in a different way. It’s not about luxury here,it’s about the feeling you get during the stay. ‎The first thing I noticed wasn’t the room, but the subtle fragrance in the lobby small detail,but it creates a calm vibe immediately.The room itself was compact but thoughtfully arranged, very clean, and the pillows were actually softer than many higher-end hotels.You can tell they put effort into comfort,not just appearance. ‎ ‎What really stands out is the human side of this hotel. Staff like Navid and manager like MR Chan ( Lawrence), don’t just do their job, they carry the whole experience. From fast check-in to handling requests personally,everything feels direct and sincere, not robotic service. ‎One rare thing I witnessed,even late night situations are handled with real responsibility.I heard stories of staff like David going out of their way to help guests with transport issues, even using their own time and effort just to make sure guests are safe and comfortable. That kind of service is not something you can train,it comes from character. ‎Location-wise,it’s practical,walking distance to shopping areas and easy to find food even late night,which makes it very convenient for short stays or transit trips. ‎Of course, it’s not perfect — you won’t find full hotel facilities like fridge or luxury setup but that’s not the point of this place. This hotel feels like a functional stay upgraded by genuine people. ‎Overall, if you understand what this hotel is meant for,you’ll appreciate it differently. It’s not trying to impress but somehow, it still does.RECOMMENDED FOR ALL.

Clean and comfortable for a city stay. overall good value for money. staff pleasant. the monorail was about a 15 minute walk and then a 15 minute walk the other side into central KL

No window in room, shower was falling off the wall, quite far from the center and you had to cross a very busy road to get there.

Konumu fena değil. Çalışanlar, özellikle Osman çok ilgiliydi ve yardımcıydı.

Pencereler incecik ve ses yalıtımı yok. Uykum çok derin olmasına rağmen her gece yoldan geçen araçların ve insanların sesine uyandım. Ayrıca odalar gerçekten o kadar küçük ki valizi zeminde açmak mümkün değil. Sadece sırt çantalı gezginler için öneririm. Kesinlikle tekrar kalabileceğim bir yer değil.
