The room was extremely basic 2 single beds was an understatement 1 was purely a matress on the floor. The room was cold on arrival, dirty and very tiered looking. Only 2 towels provided in a room booked for 4. Breakfast was very slowly topped up u couldnt get everything hot on 1 visit.

Everything was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and all facilities, even the wifi, worked very well. The only thing that let my experience down was the scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet, which didn't come across as being real egg. I'm not sure what they had been made with but they weren't particularly pleasant. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay.

Check in staff lovely. Hotel fine. Pillows awful, no shower gel, one towel for 2 people. Breakfast looked dehydrated, cheese was stale, flies flying around the food, everything just looked a little bit depressed. Paid just under £100, really disappointed.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, quiet. The rooms are large & shower easy to access with seat built in. The only downside is that the bar area is a little unwelcoming and plain. No tv on, limited drinks on tap, no soft seating. I just grabbed a bottle and watched tv in my room.

It was a good accommodation by the motorway. The room was clean and ready for our family with all the beds prepared, but the bathroom could use some redecoration. The staff were friendly. I would stay again if I were passing through.

The hotel generally has a cosy feel to it. However what can be improved is the rooms. I noticed that there were stains on the towels provided by the hotel. Secondly for those who may have back problems may experience difficulty in sleeping. The mattress was a hard mattress, where I woke up with back pain. I went to the reception and spoke with a lovely young lady who advised that there were no topper mattresses but brought me another pillow and extra duvet for more comfort. This was a significant help but due to the mattress I did not have much of a restful sleep.

Filthy disgusting room. Broken tiles on the floor, grubby walls with peeling paper. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, stain and sticky toilet seat. Dirt and ? on surfaces. Booked for family of 4, provided 2x towels! Pull out bed had been moved out from the wall revealing that it hadn’t been cleaned behind for a very very long time. Random man or employee walked into room while my partner and daughter were showering. Loud groups of men drinking and smoking outside room past midnight. Offered refund but still awful stay.
