    The hotel is close to Moorgate underground station, & provides essential amenities & services. My only concern is the room doesn't have any updated outlets for computer wires. I would expect the rooms would be equipped & designed to tailor business travelers needs.

    Its a struggle what to write when everything is so perfect. Awesome service from the staff massive thanks to Maria on the front desk and huge thanks to JI JO a manger I wish worked for me. Unbeatable service in a perfect setting

    Location is good. The staff members at the restaurant and bar are very friendly. However, the staff members at the front desk counter were mixed. Some were friendly, but some were not. In particular, they didn't greet me with a welcoming attitude when I first arrived at the hotel. No smile, no friendly attitude. These two staff members kept a similar attitude throughout the stay. The price for the service is not justified. The room was very small.
