Room was generally cold in both my visits. Had to change rooms the second time.

Room was spotless! I for some reason had doubts about the exterior look of this hotel, but far underestimated it! Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Great price for the area and its access! The front desk associate seemed to be in a bad mood this day but was polite with me.

after driving 4 hrs in - temps in a blizzard, the heat in our room was only 62 with cool air on! Called front desk and requested a warm room the gentleman did accommodate us! I would recommend new softer, fluffy pillows those now are aweful, flat and hard! But other than that all was good!

pillows were to stiff, toilet base was loose, hot tub and pool wasn't working til our second night ( only stayed 2 nights) and both was VERY DIRTY AND HOT TUB WAS NOT HOT. Shower water pressure was too hard. Coffee Maker was dirty in our room we couldn’t use it.

Housekeeper pounded on the door and yelled "Housekeeping," and woke me up, even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door. It also would have been nice to have been asked how my stay was when I left. Just missing very basic courtesies.

The room was fine. The towels are small and scratchy. The person who checked us in was rude and dismissive. All others were very attentive.

Staff here was super friendly. Breakfast and coffee bar were also very nice. The location, for our need, was fantastic. We brought out two small dogs to hike some trails and be outside, waterfront park across the street was ideal, and super short drive to Presque Isle Park. Our only suggestion, is the carpets were visibly dirty, more common in pet friendly hotels we know, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Lovely location and nice room. It was convenient and safe without being too far from restaurants and activities. It felt safe and comfortable.

The shower drain was clogged with a lot of hair and would drain initially. I loved that parking was included. Staff were really nice. The furniture and carpet were dated. The shower device was difficult to position. The bar was less than expected but it was better than nothing. It was ok but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

I would definitely return to this property should I find myself in Erie again. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Sadly, I was in town for a funeral and they were kind to allow me to print out my eulogy. Room was immaculate and roomy. Bed was comfy. Nice view across the street to the lake. Included breakfast was a really nice feature - the eggs were some of the worst ever. But the waffles (made fresh) were delicious and there were a nice selection of fruit and cereal and breakfast breads, bagels, English muffins, etc. Avoid the eggs and you'll be fine! Also enjoyed the pool and hottub area. Restaurant across the street was convenient and decent.

We really enjoyed the hotel. HOWEVER, after leaving we realized a necklace and earrings had been left in the bathroom. We called the same day and gave our info: room # 303 and description and were told the manager would get back to us. The only call we received was someone who said the necklace would be returned through a mail service and we would need to provide a credit card. We complied. We have yet to receive our jewelery. No charge to mail service made.

Bathroom was in very rough shape. Shower head was barely operable and all dispensers were empty (conditioner, shampoo and body wash) Room 100 was pretty beat up but the gentleman at the desk was super friendly.
