It was peaceful and quiet , I liked being on the 8th floor away from everything else and the breakfast and supper was great .
The construction but I know that temporary.

View of the harbor was great
For some reason the fridge was noisy. Maybe from time to time it was defrosting or something but it woke us pp

Location was good and the room looked nice
At every possible opportunity, the hotel tries to nickel and dime you for extra services. $16/day for parking in their own attached garage. Early check in fees and late check out fees, regardless of whether they’re sold out or not.
