I had a wonderful stay it was only 1 night as was attending a concert at The Barbican which is only a 2 minute walk away . I was greeted by friendly hosts upon arrival - I was very early but I had arranged to drop off my bag befor3 meeting my friend in York . The guesthouse is so welcoming , lovely hosts . Theres lots of lovely details , my room had an original fire place , lovely pictures lovely china jug and wash basin as part of decor . Excellent choice of teas and coffee ect lots more than you get in hotels . Everything was clean and tidy and the bathroom modern with a great shower. The breakfast is exceptional, cooked to order so hot and fresh with good quality produce , Theres was also fresh fruit , yoghurt, cereal and fresh juice . It set me up nicely for the day ! I will definitely be back
