We stayed at the Radisson Hotel Conference Centre London Heathrow on July 10 and checked out on July 11, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to recognize the front desk supervisor Rishabh for providing exceptional customer service. When we arrived, he was welcoming, professional. During check-in, he informed us that he had upgraded us to a larger room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and we truly appreciated it. The room was clean snd quiet. We had a relaxing night’s stay and the hotel’s convenient location near Heathrow Airport made it a nice choice. Rishabh’s professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I would gladly stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel near Heathrow Airport.

We booked this hotel specifically because it’s got swimming pool and sauna but to our surprise, they charged us £5 per head even for my 2yo! It was really disappointing to have to pay that extra amount just to enjoy the typical hotel amenities which should’ve been included in the first place. There was no information anywhere that there a fee to use it, I even asked open check in about the pool opening times but was not informed of the fee so we had no choice but to pay on the spot as we sign our name to use the facility. There was also no information on the Agoda website about this extra fee that pool was not included without fee. For other parts of the stay: The breakfast was great as expected with multiple varieties and healthy options. The room had dust particles come out upon opening it, thus questionable cleanliness. They said there would be a bathtub upon check in but actually there’s none. Could’ve been better if we had a bathtub! Location is good for Heathrow airport access. Overall, we don’t recommend it very much unless you don’t need the pool.
