Great location, nice breakfast, staff friendly.
Needs modernising (old bathroom with old bath to step up into and glass screen to take a shower, hand hose not working), having to pay extra for swim/sauna when already costly. Nightly costs have risen by a lot since last year already.

The room, the staff were great and the restaurant options
The parking charges are absolutely horrendous, £24 for 24 hours is absolutely ridiculous, that really needs to get sorted asap! Plus to make matters worse, you can never ever find parking even though the staff say there is an overflow carpark it's always stupidly full.

Convenient to get the bus to Heathrow Airport. Could check my luggage in early before the room was ready. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
The bar staff were not that helpful initially.

The view and room were good, the icon bar with outdoor seating and also bathroom and interior was good.
The pool - there were some bugs crawling into the white bit by the pool and also water dripping from the big pipe into the pool so leakage.
I was charged an extra £5 for the pool. I don’t think it’s worth it based on what I saw, A little disappointed. Round mirror in room was very dirty.
Some staff at the entrance / main reception could try to be more confident
