    TLDR: Since one cannot enter Heathrow Airport without transportation, be it a car, the tube or bus, there's so many other better options to stay at in my opinion. This place is decent. However you can get much better than decent elsewhere for the same money. Details Pros - Staff were good. - Rooms decent enough. - Location is great. - We managed to snag an excellent deal too. Cons - The shower was awful. There was just a tiny screen to block the water from going on to the floor. Describing it as tiny doesn't even do how small it was justice. So, naturally, after a 5 minute shower the floor is soaking wet. (Having a decent shower is a must whilst travelling. Decent. Doesn't have to perfect/ incredible. Functional. Gets the job done and that one can enjoy it. I've found the Radisson chain of hotels to be consistently one of the worst in this regard.) - One cannot enter Heathrow without some method of transportation. If you plant to use to stay with your car, perhaps this option is great. Buses are regular, run 24 hours, and found nearby. However, if one has plenty of large luggage, this will probably be a pain point. - Entrance to the hotel is a little awkward on foot (so arriving via bus or tube). It's fine for a night at a reasonable price. But one can do better.

    We booked this hotel specifically because it’s got swimming pool and sauna but to our surprise, they charged us £5 per head even for my 2yo! It was really disappointing to have to pay that extra amount just to enjoy the typical hotel amenities which should’ve been included in the first place. There was no information anywhere that there a fee to use it, I even asked open check in about the pool opening times but was not informed of the fee so we had no choice but to pay on the spot as we sign our name to use the facility. There was also no information on the Agoda website about this extra fee that pool was not included without fee. For other parts of the stay: The breakfast was great as expected with multiple varieties and healthy options. The room had dust particles come out upon opening it, thus questionable cleanliness. They said there would be a bathtub upon check in but actually there’s none. Could’ve been better if we had a bathtub! Location is good for Heathrow airport access. Overall, we don’t recommend it very much unless you don’t need the pool.
