Staff (Sofia) was exceptional.
Maybe the food in the Sportsbar, could have been a little better, but service was very fast.

Location was convenient for the airport however no shuttle service other than expensive private options. Fortunately the local bus stops outside which was very convenient. Breakfast was ok, make your waffles was a nice touch. No cookies on the kids buffet as advertised.
No shuttle service No water in room for duration of three night stay Sofa bed for children was not made up on arrival at 11pm at night even though a family room was booked Room and bathroom was not very clean Children were welcomed with a small snack pack during our stay in May, this didn’t happen on our return stay in August.
