We've stayed at this hotel before and like the close proximity to the airport, the pool, and the pub across the street. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The staff is friendly and make the check-in and check-out process very easy.
It would be great if the hotel offered a frequent shuttle service to/from the airport to avoid needing to get a taxi or uber.

Convenient for T3 at Heathrow with easy bus route from airport. Staff super helpful too.
I had booked and had confirmed twin room but on arrival was given a double.
However the bed was so huge was not a problem as hotel was booked out.

The room was large and comfortable. A shuttle bus was available from the hotel, however we only found out about the timetable after asking hotel staff, and having been unable to book a taxi.
The self check-in was very slow, especially for tired and older travellers. We have been to other hotels with self check-in where the process was far simpler and quicker. There were not enough staff members around to help.
Also the food from the bar was lukewarm and my friend’s curry was also lukewarm and bland and watery.
