Radisson RED London Heathrow

Good value for money when you consider it's London. Rooms are very spacious. Transport in to centre of London is easy with the Elizabethan Line a short taxi drive away at Hayes and Harlington station.

'Taxi Drivers' claiming to work for the hotel hanging around at reception inside. We fell for one of them and although he dropped us off at the station he charged 3 times the normal fare. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable during the ride and the hotel should do more to stop this happening.

It was super nice and clean and I liked the whole aesthetic they were going for.

Don’t like that the pool closes early and breakfast starts so late.

The carpet was worn out. My room was not clean. The staff when I 1st arrived was short. But I had just been traveling for 30hrs. So could be me as well after an hour I was sorted by a lady staff member. And was happy to get to my room.. the bar staff was kind and engage with me as I sat at the bar. This made the stay pleasant. The hotel tried to charge me for 2 brakefasts when I had already paid for 1 when I booked in. In the room no docs to say what was in the hotel. No menu for room service. I had phoned room service for 30 min no answer then front desk no answer. When I come down to eat in the end the restaurant menu sacked big time. The bar .menu was better.
