    One staff member always seems to be elsewhere so checking in means you must call the number and wait for him to turn up which is very unprofessional however this time it was a lot worse I had someone banging on my door then hiding like a 6 or 9 year old I complained to the same member of staff who put me in a different but had no interest in checking cctv to see who it was and couldn’t care less it’s a shame as I stay there regular but that has now changed

    There’s a smell to the place even the water from the taps smell wierd and it’s not clean. Carpets look stained and old. Lovely gentleman checked me in but I just needed a bed for the night so it did the job.
