    Had a good stay here after some initial challenges with the check-in. Fortunately the staff were able to resolve this for me.

    It is get what you pay for. I would avoid at all costs , the check in situation left me stuck outside for ages waiting to get hold of someone… the room stank of sewage and damp. It was boiling hot and the fan didn’t work. Just not good at all. The location was the only saving grace

    I booked and fully paid for my stay through *** in advance, so everything should have been simple and smooth. Instead, when I arrived, the staff told me they thought I had cancelled my reservation. Then they said they saw my booking under ***, which makes absolutely no sense because I never even used ***. How does a hotel mix up something as basic as a paid reservation? It made me feel like they didn’t even know what they were doing. Check-in is supposed to be at 3pm, but my room wasn’t ready and there was zero communication. No email, no message, nothing. I had to keep spamming emails and contacting them myself just to get an update. I didn’t get access to my room until around 5pm. After a long day of traveling, this is the last thing anyone wants to deal with. Guests shouldn’t have to beg for basic information about their own room. What made it worse is their self check-in system. It’s extremely inconvenient and confusing. There’s barely any staff around and it’s very hard to talk to someone when you need help. If something goes wrong, you’re basically left alone to figure everything out yourself. It doesn’t feel like a hotel — it feels like there’s no proper support or customer service at all. Mistakes can happen once and I would’ve let it go. But this exact situation happened TWICE in the same week. Twice. That’s not bad luck anymore — that’s poor management and a completely unreliable system. It’s honestly ridiculous. For the price you pay, you expect at least a smooth check-in and decent communication. Instead, it was stressful, confusing and unnecessarily frustrating. I’m genuinely upset with the experience and I would never stay here again. There are so many better hotels nearby with proper service. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

    This was my third time staying here and always an issue of some kind so won’t be staying again. You have to contact them to get details of room and how to get in which is long and then the lock wouldn’t work on the room. No staff on site so have to call and speak to someone over the phone. Personal preference but won’t be staying again
