I did not use the pool it was not open; the TV did not work, and I was told I needed to wait until the maintenance guy got to work at 9:00am, but check out was at 11:00 so I did not get to enjoy the tv, and I missed the morning news the last time I stayed at this same hotel the tv was not working

Terrible I never made a reservation and the hotel wouldn’t help me. It turns out my card was hacked and a reservation was made under my name. The when knowing about the issue they let someone check in under my name. Terrible

Just needed a place to stay 1 night in our drive home to Illinois from Hilton Head, SC. Chose this place because of the good reviews and of course it was on our way. We were hungry when we arrived & saw a decent looking restaurant right next to the hotel. Win win! It had great food, and nicely decorated sports style restaurant! (I forget the name of it)

We traveled to Indiana to see the Eclipse. It was wonderful and our stay at Fairfield was enjoyable. The hotel appeared on the newer side, so all the furnishings and decor were fresh and in excellent condition. The room was very comfortable, again everything seemed fresh and very clean. In addition, the staff was friendly and there was an excellent restaurant a short walk across the parking lot. And the best part we were only a short drive away from having an excellent view of the total eclipse - very enjoyable trip.

Lovely property! Super clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast options and a nice little gym! The onnnnnly little quality of life thing we wished was different was water pressure… very very low. Felt like trying to take a shower under sprinkling rain. Everything else though was fantastic and we’d absolutely stay again.

There was two regular coffee pods, two de-caf coffee pods, two sets of coffee cups, two sets of water glasses, two toilet papers, but only ONE chair! My wife and I could not both sit in the room unless one of us set on the bed. Desk manager was not very accommodating as when I complained about it I was told "that was how it is", not very helpful.

Both staff members I interacted with (Anthony and Stefan) were great. Both were polite, courteous, and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast had many options and the options actually tasted pretty good. The area seemed safe and in a convenient location.

Check in and out was quick and friendly. Fitness center did not have a remote for either of the 2TVs, cleaning wipes was empty and the clock didn’t work. The equipment was in good shape and worked well. There was no sign to find the ice machine. Fortunately I could hear it humming behind the elevator as I was wondering around. There was also a loud pool party going that lasted after 11 pm. We were on 4th floor but window overlooked the pool area.
