Ok.

It was okay but the tv wasn’t working. Had to move rooms after getting settled.

They wouldn’t cancel my second booking even though I had two bookings so they took my money for an empty room that wasn’t used and wouldn’t refund me.

Definitely worth checking out!

The staff at check-in were friendly and quick. We were asked which floor we would like to stay on which I appreciated. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and everything was very clean.

The walls between rooms were not as sound-proofed as expected. We could hear the neighbor's loud tv late night but fortunately they turned it off so we could sleep.

Only issue was my own food pickiness!

Check in was quick and convenient, the room was clean and very comfy. I slept great! I had to extend my stay and that was done without a hitch.

Breakfast wasn't really my thing, but I'm super picky. The options were things like pre made fritattas or omelets. It's like they were trying to get fancy, but with rubbery super processed rehydrate food. There were options for cereal, but i couldn't find any spoons. Also there was bread for toasting and a waffle maker, but I don't care for waffles (I'm that kind of picky). So toast it was! I'm not a big breakfast eater, so not a big deal, but it would have been good to have options like bacon/ sausage and scrambled eggs (rehydrated, I know, but still better than rubbery onion filled omelets).

Disappointing Stay

The location, value, clean .

I was put in a disability room so bed was way to low, shower was not great due to being more for a person with disability. Computers were down so no room keys till morning so couldn't leave the room .

We were very pleased, good location for our visit, very nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed

Breakfast was good, not outstanding. The hot food was not really hot, more lukewarm, but we were there early, things may not have come up to final temperature yet. The food was good, just not near hot enough at the time it was served. But the selection of breakfast items was very nice, and it was enjoyable.

Basketball fans

The location was perfect from the highway. The area is a fairly new area so there is plenty of restaurants close by. It's only 10 min from downtown Louisville so great if your going to KFC yum center as we did.

They were short staffed so after a certain time you couldn't call down for extras you would have to come down to the front desk. The continental breakfast could've been better more fresh fruit and convenient snacks for those who have to go such as breakfast bars etc.

Honestly, nothing about that experience we liked

First and foremost, we have always stayed here, but the quality of the room the the cleanliness has definitely went downhill first go into the room to find hair all in the sink, and the bathtub went to go lay down in the bed to dirty sheets. We were so upset we left at 10 o’clock mind you we checked in at 2:30 if that tells you anything spent $140 for a couple hours because it was so nasty will not return to this location.

The hotel was very nice, seemed new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great Saturday morning but not good Sunday. The room was beautiful buy the mattress was terrible. With everything put together I would still rate this hotel 3 1/2 stars

Breakfast Staff was wonderful - friendly greetings. Egg bites or minerature quiches very, very good. Continue those. My spouse gained weight from breakfast. Spacious dining room great

Our room 215 looked at top of curved roof over entrance - crappy view of dirty roof . Window shade needs to open top down to eliminate most of crappy view. White PVC pipe in corner of living room was ugly and looked like insect or some mess. Maintenance did explain what it was. We suggest paint it gray so not to be noticed
