Friendly check in/out staff. Breakfast variety

Check in lady smelled terribly of smoke and had a huge stain mark on her shirt. Didn't give us a good first impression. Their computers are down, wrote info on paper form and provided us no receipt. Hope we have no problems once their system is back up. Bathroom was dirty, floor in shower dirty. Refrigerator dirty on inside. No lights on in parking lot. Not very comforting.

The staff was fantastic! The breakfast was good but I can't say enough of how friendly the staff were. They went above and beyond to help us.

The pillows were not comfortable, the bed was too high, my husband got water all over the bathroom floor because he didn't realize he needed to put the curtain inside the tub. Between the two of us we didn't get much sleep. The extra blanket didn't keep me warm. We will not stay at another Holiday Inn again.

Very relaxing time

Breakfast was great plenty to choose from. The lady who did Breakfast while we were there was so very nice and friendly and helpful.

Was some mold around shower wall at top of tub was told they are working on this. Room was clean towels nice beds very comfortable. Lots of plug ins.

Good for a night

This hotel is in a great location! It's right off the interstate for anyone stopping on a long trip. It's close to many restaurants and stores so you can easily dine or shop while staying here. The staff was incredibly friendly! We had a great experience at check-in and also at breakfast. The breakfast ladies were very helpful in allowing us to read food labels as we manage 12+ food allergies. We were able to eat safely.

Overall, it just felt a little old and not as clean as we would have liked. Carpets in the halls were very stained. Our tub was not nearly as clean as I would have liked - fine for a night though. We also only had two bath size towels for our reservation of 3 people. A little detail but inconvenient.

The bed was comfortable but that was about it.

The pool was not open, which apparently hasn't been open for a year. Saying that it was down for construction. The oven needs replaced in the kitchen. It caused smoke to fill up the kitchen which intern set the fire alarm off at 530 AM. not a very peaceful thing to wake up too. Plus then there was no hot breakfast after waking up because the ovens were out.

shower drain was clogged and water and white stuff backed up while I showered. it was gross. sink drained slowly. no one checked the room throughout our stay to refresh towels, tissue, or toilet paper. we had to ask for all 3. never got additional tissue.

The property is just right for us.

The property was clean and at a good location. The immediate area around the property has everything you need on a trip: restaurants, grocery store, gas station all in close proximity. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve seen.

The hotel is located near about anything you could possibly want as far as stores and food.

There was some individuals that got stuck in the elevator while we were there. So there was only one working elevator for the remainder of the stay.

Great location and good breakfast

Breakfast and location good. The bathroom was dirty and corners of our room. We supposedly had a queen suite it was a regular room with a pullout couch not any extra space . Also the staff only Shay was helpful others not they weren’t nice accomplices about my sons wheelchair

Not clean enough and ice maker didn’t work on our floor the trash was over flowing. The cleaner was gone so the manager was cleaning rooms and said they didn’t know if they could get to ours. Like really I’m paying $180 a night for what?! In the corners of the bathroom you could tell it’s not been properly mopped and behind toilet I guess no one cares but I do. It wasn’t cheap to stay there two nights annd for what? Dirty bathroom with pubic hairs all over on the floor Also I asked for lower level when I booked due to disability and wheelchair navigation issues and when I got here said couldn’t accommodate. I’m not unreasonable but That’s what you do! You’re in hospitality.

I had booked through booking.com and before that I've booked a few places through them and haven't had issues. When we first got there a lady checked us and basically gave us the wrong room I was just kinda whatever about it but then while we were in the room someone else had a key to get in so we went down stairs to get it situated and the person behind the desk was a different lady well apparently the other lady wasn't doing her job right so this lady who was super nice and sweet fixed everything. When it was our turn she couldn't find our booking even tho I had the number and everything so we had to go through the hotel and she gave us the room I originally wanted and gave us a little discount for the inconvenience. The hotel was very nice and clean and all of the staff were great besides that first lady that checked us in.
