We stayed here 2 years ago and the pool was down all but 1 day we were there. The pool was closed again this time. Wondering why it is closed so much. Also we used the pull out sofa sleeper and the actual mattress had springs in it and it was horrible to try and sleep on. Breakfast was fine, wasn’t very well stocked and hardly any people there so it wasn’t because of a lot people eating. It was extremely quiet though and that was a huge plus for us.

Hotel was clean but not exceptional. Some mold in the bathroom shower and weird smells in hallway. Only two bath towels in room for a two night stay, room not cleaned in between. Breakfast wasnt ready by posted time, not even coffee. Sidewalks were not salted after snow. Staff was friendly at check-in but that was the only time I saw anyone.

Room was partially cleaned. Linens were changed but hair all over the bathroom floor, sink counter, and shower. The fan was also leaking water from it in the bathroom directly into the toilet. Both times I inquired about maintenance, they were unavailable. Subpar for an iHG hotel

Room could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom floor looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, and the bathtub had mold along the seal. The bed had some random hairs and a couple stains on the sheets. Breakfast was great though and staff was friendly and common areas and other surfaces in the room were clean. Great location with lots of food and shopping close.

Stayed for 3 nights for a festival with 3 kids and it was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable enough that I never noticed pain when I woke up which is shocking. Front desk was easy to deal with and the check in and check out were extremely convenient! Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, my bed was not very clean. When I initially took the blankets off, I found a number of small stains. Later on the first night, I found a dead bug (quite small but concerning) on the other side of the bed. Other than that, the staff was nice and I enjoyed the property. However, due to the cleanliness issues, I am not sure that I will be returning to this location again.

Pool was not useable which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Would have been nice to Know ahead of check in. Also, floor was being mopped constantly, which is great for cleanliness, but it was TOO wet and I almost fell several times.

Not enough parking. Many nights we got the LAST parking space, and it was next to the dumpster where it said “do not park.” Bed was NOT king as advertised. Pull out couch was uncomfortable as couch and bed. Entire building very muggy and humid, mad it hard to sleep. Pool was open 24/7 which was nice!

Staff were very nice. But in middle of night lots of people werr on our floor talking realky loudly in hallway and slamming lots of doors. Sounded like a big party. Rooms could be more sound proof to the hallway noise aswell as doors shutting and opening not so loud.

They did not have our room reserved any longer even though the email I received stated that I was to pay at the property

Our room was canceled by the day time manager with no notice, no phone call, no email, nothing. Check in started at 3, we were there by 7 to check in and found out our room had been given away. We did the reserve now, pay later, and their hotel was overbooked so they gave our room to someone who was willing to pay up front. We were told by staff it had happened to four different people in just that afternoon. Beware of making reservations here! They will leave you in a real bind and act like there is no way for them to make it right!!!
