Easy access from interstate. Room was comfortable and clean.

They advertise rooms with breakfast included but don’t disclose type of breakfast. Meaning it’s sit down and serve by waitress(not continental style), which I didn’t have time for in the am before needing to get to job site. They also are suppose to give you a little card telling the waitress that I paid for breakfast. I didn’t find that out until I sat down to order. Also bar area is lacking.

Stressed!

The employees were fantastic. I had to stay due to an emergency. I had a wreck on the interstate and my car was out of commission until I could get it fixed. I was accommodated.

The amount I had to pay was different than what was agreed on booking.com. Due to an event in the area. Hotel/booking.com could not come to an agreement. So I had to pay almost $300 more for the first night. It would have been nice to be given the rate I was quoted. Will be working with booking.com to resolve.

Great hotel and staff!

Unable to close curtain or pull down shade to eliminate light entering room. Shade had to string to pull it down and if one closed curtains, they would cover ac. Otherwise excellent hotel!

Nice hotel and staff.

They did not clean the room or stick the bathroom essentials properly such as conditioner and enough clean towels. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. No regular coffee in the lobby area.

Stupid and left a family with two babies without a room

Nothing. Cancelled our room upon arrival with NO good reason. No compensation. 2 kids sleeping in a car screaming crying thanks to this hotel!!!!!!!

Not being told by anyone of the 75dollar pet fee non refundable 75.00 for a 10 pound poodle and to add to it, the staff could not care. less The manager was to call me to discuss, but never did.

Room was clean, decent hotel. Make sure you bring your own breakfast if you dont want to pay.

Beds were clean. Room thermostat was easy to use. Room was comfortable enough.

Trash had not been emptied from the previous guest. The shower only has one sliding door which we found a bit weird, but puttting a towel down kept the floor from being wet.

Very clean, bright decor, very comfortable. Easy access to the highway, which gets you to downtown Louisville very quickly. Great hotel to use as a base to explore the area.

Great hotel with clean and spacious rooms.

The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided in big bottles rather than the little travel size. We did not go to the onsite restaurant but could smell the food when we were walking to the car and it smelled great. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and welcoming. There is a little convenience store by the front desk with drinks and snacks. It was a great stay and we would definitely use this hotel again.

We didn't have any issues during our stay.
